Associate HR Generalist

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Assoc HR Generalist, you will manage and support the full employee lifecycle for assigned affiliates, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding. In this role, you will report to HR Supervisor.

You Will Make an Impact By:

HR Operations, Payroll & Administration

• Handle payroll processing for assigned affiliates in coordination with vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.
• Participate in company audits (ISO, RBA, Financial, etc)
• Support general HR administrative tasks and ad hoc projects from the HR team.

HR Business Partnering

• Work closely with HRBPs to support business leaders and align HR initiatives with company goals.
