Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Services
Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
Prepare and issue employment-related documents such as employment certificates, exit certificates, and government-required forms.
Plan and support HR events.
Onboarding & Orientation
Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, documentation, and system readiness for new hires.
Support and conduct new hire orientation sessions and first-day logistics.
Prepare and distribute onboarding materials and welcome kits.
Support benefits enrollment activities for new hires and employee life events.
