Job Overview

CureMD is seeking an Associate HubSpot Admin to support the administration, configuration, and day-to-day operations of our HubSpot CRM ecosystem. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior HubSpot specialists and cross-functional Marketing and Sales teams to support CRM accuracy, automation execution, and reporting. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in CRM operations and marketing automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and maintenance of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Assist in building, updating, and monitoring workflows, forms, lists, and automations.
• Perform routine CRM data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and hygiene.
• Assist in creating and maintaining standard dashboards and reports for Marketing and Sales teams.
