Job Responsibilities:

• Support the talent acquisition team in executing recruitment activities including conduct assessment and facilitating the onboarding process which including preparation of offer letters, onboarding documents and other documentation work.
• Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining records, managing car park season pass reservation and other related duties.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient sourcing and selection through various recruitment channels.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines.
• Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills.
• Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
