High level R&R Review import/export trade screening for all type of company shipments and sales orders using SAP GTS Import – import licensing screening Import – HS codes classification Export – ECCN code classification Export – export licensing screening Export – sanctioned/restricted party screening Export – Foreign National Hire Review Monitor generic inboxes for trade Import/Export/Licensing/Sanctioned inquiries Prime time support 8AM – 5PM MY local time + weekend Sat 7Am – Monday 7AM (24x2) on call support for Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments On-site support with dedicated cubicle Proficiency in English Customer service skills Tools knowledge – Outlook, SAP GTS, Excel High level volume – Level 1 work (less complexity).
