Lab Asset Management
Lab Asset Management
- Receiving Lab related Equipment s & Processors from Logistics stores.
- Physical Verification of Equipment s for short/Excess as per the Invoice.
- Generating 3D Barcode stickers & associating Invoice & item Info & Stickering.
- Inventory asset transaction for internal lab users through tool & E-mails (I.e. Check In & Out)
- Co-Coordinating with Internal Customs team for Monthly Physical Bonded Asset Audit.
- Silicon/Microprocessor Audit for Every Quarter.
- Generating Export Invoice for the export shipments.
- Preparing NOC to ship bonded assets for Repair & other activities.
- Tracking shipments with Freight forwarder.
- Working with lab users and helping them in procuring the test and measuring equipment s like Oscilloscopes, Functional generator, Multi meters, Logic Analyzers.
