Associate Industrial Security Rep/Contractor Special Security Officer

**Description**

Leidos is seeking a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to support several customers in Arlington, Virginia. The CSSO will oversee facility, personnel, and SAP security in support of Government security requirements and will be responsible for executing procedures and processes to provide physical protection for personnel and government property, as well as administering day‑to‑day security programs and risk mitigation activities. The CSSO will support and conduct internal security investigations in accordance with customer legal and policy requirements and will provide guidance and recommendations to customer leadership on personal and physical security matters, including security training, regulatory requirements, security policies and procedures, and emerging trends in physical and personal security.
