Role Summary
The Inventory Controller oversees inventory performance across multiple stores, ensuring strong stock
governance in both 3PL and owned distribution centers as well as dark stores. The role is accountable for

maintaining high inventory accuracy, controlling shrinkage, optimizing stock levels, and standardizing

processes across countries.
This position acts as a central control tower, driving alignment between supply chain, warehouse operations,

finance, commercial, and store teams to protect margin and improve working capital efficiency.
Qualifications

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular reconciliation of physical and system stock.
Identify, analyze, and resolve stock variances and shrinkage trends.
