Job Description

As an Associate in our Investment Banking coverage team, based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you will be a key contributor—and at times a leader—of work streams in the group’s transaction execution, marketing, and client coverage initiatives for General Industries (GI) and Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) clients. You will also play a part in driving the culture, capabilities, and overall strategy of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full cycle of transactional execution for GI and FSG clients, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, and preparing and presenting internal and client presentations.
  • Play a leadership role in implementing the execution function, including working with and supporting analysts, as well as assisting more senior bankers.
