Associate IT Business Analyst

The Associate IT Business Analyst will perform improvement opportunities, conducts workflow analysis, prepares recommendations, and facilitates implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships.
• Production of high-quality business requirements; including but not limited to creation of documentation in various formats including BRD, Data Mapping, User Cases and User Stories.
• Process modeling and analysis skills including but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state along with root cause analysis.
