Associate IT Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to ensure the optimal delivery of IT services for agencies within our scope. Assist in generating regular reports to gauge the health and satisfaction levels of agencies, utilizing KPIs as benchmarks.

• Work closely with the Business Partner to serve as the strategic IT advocate for their respective agencies.

• Contribute to maintaining the security and currency of mission-critical systems and processes within the agency framework.

• Provide support in implementing key initiatives across our network of agencies, ensuring smooth integration and support.

• Assist in conducting analyses of business requirements for IT support and system enhancements, collaborating with the Business Partner to ensure alignment with agency objectives.
