Position Summary
We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide front-line technical support for end users across our manufacturing locations. This role focuses on troubleshooting day-to-day user issues, provisioning laptops, phones, and applications, and resolving Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support tickets. You'll work closely with a small IT team, gaining exposure to enterprise systems and opportunities to grow into advanced infrastructure support.
What You'll Do
Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
