Job Description

Strong academic background, significant experience in litigation before various forums, and a deep understanding of civil and commercial laws in India.
Strong understanding of CPC, Indian Contract Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, IBC, and other relevant laws.
Exposure to court procedures in the Calcutta High Court, NCLT, or District Courts.
Experience in handling litigation end-to-end, including briefing senior counsels.
Proficiency in drafting high-quality legal documents and pleadings.
