Associate Lawyer, Commercial Litigation

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, construction claims, and employment litigation.
• Work closely with a team of litigation associates and experienced partners.
• Draft court documents, conduct legal research, participate in discovery, and support file strategy.
• Take on file carriage appropriate to experience level while receiving strong mentorship and guidance.
• Contribute to internal team meetings and firm-wide events focused on professional development and relationship building.

Requirements
