Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing
• Act on secured lending and real estate financing transactions for lenders and borrowers
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and ancillary agreements
• Conduct and manage real estate due diligence and closings
• Coordinate with internal corporate, banking, and tax teams
• Manage files with partner oversight and increasing autonomy
• Support partners and senior lawyers on active real estate mandates
