This position will expose you to all aspects of family law, including: Divorce proceedings Agreements, including cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements (marriage contracts) and separation agreements Child support Spousal/partner support Guardianship and parenting time Division of family / matrimonial property Paternity Adoption Responsibilities
