Responsibilities

Provide legal analysis and advice in the areas of insurance defense and coverage.

Conduct research and provide insightful analysis.

Draft pleadings, motion materials, factums, pre-trial memorandums, and mediation briefs.

Prepare correspondence for opposing counsel and clients.
