Associate Lawyer

Job Description

Our Client is a global legal firm headquartered in Japan.They are seeking an Associate Lawyer to primarily support Japanese corporate clients across a broad range of legal matters. The role will also support the firm’s Singapore office and work closely with counterparts in the Tokyo offices.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents
- Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and client advice, including company incorporation and market entry matters
- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions
- Handle employment law–related matters
- Advise on personal data protection and regulatory compliance
- Support senior lawyers and partners on transactions and legal matters
- Liaise with clients, counterparties, and external counsel
- Manage multiple matters concurrently and meet established deadlines
