In this course, you will guide students in exploring the ethical responsibilities of designers in professional practice and within society, with a strong emphasis on place-based principles and engagement with diverse knowledge systems.
You will introduce students to historical and contemporary design practices from a wide range of cultural contexts, supporting them in reflecting on their own standpoints and applying ethical and relational principles in their design work.
The course also involves teaching concepts of pluriversal design and examining the role of design in relation to social justice, accessibility, and sustainability, with the aim of developing students into responsible and socially aware design practitioners.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in the relevant discipline
