Associate Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Legal Counsel to support our growing operations. You will be the primary legal advisor, with a strong focus on corporate transactions, strategic partnerships, and day-to-day commercial legal matters. This role is ideal for a proactive lawyer with solid M&A or joint venture experience who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.

Responsibilities:

Transactional & Corporate Support

• Lead and manage end-to-end legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and strategic investments across Southeast Asia.
• Structure, draft, negotiate, and advise on joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and other partnership arrangements.
• Conduct legal due diligence, manage external counsel, and coordinate cross-functional transaction teams (finance, tax, compliance, operations).
