Associate Legal Counsel

Our client is a leading player in telecommunications network and infrastructure. As part of
its ongoing business, it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as
Associate Legal Counsel (Ref: KHXXX)
The successful candidate will provide legal support to the Legal & Secretariat Department
and will report to the Counsel.
Responsibilities:
 Draft, review and vet contracts, agreements and other legal documents, including in
a regulated environment
 Handle legal disputes and contentious case management
 Transactional experience to support business units as well as corporate financing,
investment and divestment
 Liaise with external lawyers
 Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure polices and corporate
governance principles are adhered to
 Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
 Degree in Law, preferably admitted as Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore
