NDM seeks a full-time associate attorney with 2-4+ years of civil litigation experience. Applicants should be well-versed in the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and have experience in preparing for and conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, including dispositive motions, and preparing and responding to written discovery.
