Associate - Litigation

Kennedys is looking for an Associate to join for a two year fixed contract, in our growing litigation insurance coverage team based in our Mexico office.

Our Mexico office provides specialist insurance law services to local and international insurers and reinsurers, with expert advice based on a deep understanding of the Mexican insurance market. We provide advisory services to the industry, including coverage advice regarding exposures, and assist claims handlers in managing and defending claims.

• Insurers / Re-insurer

• Insurance coverage

• 5+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a law firm which specialises in insurance coverage
• Experience handling all phases of the litigation process including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and appeals.
• Arbitration and/or trial experience would be beneficial
