Associate, Loan Operations

• Assist in preparing test data and scenarios for projects within the Loan Operations domain
• Execute UAT test cases and document results
• Identify and report defects or inconsistences
• Collaborate with business users and technology teams to validate business requirements and functional specifications
• Responsible for post-testing documentation and feedback sessions
• Prepare manual or guide for new system implementation.
• Assist in providing training and study session to the section staffs 

Overview of Division/Department
Loan Operations & Agency (LOA) comprises of Loans, Guarantee team & Agency team. LOA is responsible for booking loans, guarantees, invoice discount financing and securities into G-base, effecting payments via Swift, etc.
