As an **Automation Associate Manager** at Stryker, you will lead a team driving efficiency and innovation across the organization by contributing to the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) of automation solutions. In this role, you will conceptualize, design, develop, and implement Automation initiatives while providing essential technical leadership. Leveraging technologies such as RPA (UiPath) and Power Platform, you will build scalable, stable, and secure automation solutions aligned with business needs and operational efficiency goals. Your combined expertise in automation and leadership will guide and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery. You will also lead comprehensive automation strategies, support governance frameworks, and provide technical direction and mentorship within the automation domain to help advance organizational objectives.
