The Role

Major Responsibilities:

1. Provides Specialist support to business development activities:
   1. Conduct independent research to understand client industries, products/services, competitors, and business issues.
   2. Support revenue growth initiatives by identifying opportunities within existing client portfolios and new target accounts.
   3. Develop standard proposals, pitch decks, and scoping documents that clearly articulate our Work & Rewards offerings.
   4. Lead preparation of bid documents and materials in response to client RFPs
   5. Provide support to more senior consultants during client engagements, including meeting preparation, materials development, and follow-up actions.
   6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create thought leadership, webinars, events, and client-facing materials that position the firm as a trusted advisor.
