Job Description

- Associate Manager Client Services Consumer, Retail & Logistics (CRL)Purpose Of the Role:To perform new account development, client account management, growing accounts and minimizing revenue leakage, prepare customer maps by identifying right contacts in the client organizations, proposal and contract negotiations, to increase the Infosys footprint in accounts.Areas of Responsibility:Client relationship management – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs and CXO -1, within client organization and ability to understand the organizational culture of the clientSelling concepts to the client and influencing the client to award business based on capability and track record in similar situationsConduct research as well as competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favorable outcomesReview sales plan, pursuit plan / business pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievementExpert knowledge of MSA / Other contract...
