What is the opportunity?​You are an associate within the Collections team acting to deliver an exceptional client experience by offering advice & solutions during their time of need. You champion the RCAP Leasing brand and provide support to our clients as through the management of delinquent and challenging accounts.This role requires4 days in-officeat our Burlington location:5575 North Service Rd, Burlington, Ontario.What will you do?

  • Focus on helping clients when they need us most, by responding empathetically to a variety of questions, offering and resolving client financial concerns

  • Contact customers to collect total arrears including past due rental payments, interest, and fees

  • Resolve problems at first point of contact in a friendly and helpful manner, and maintain relationships with partners

  • Negotiate payment plans to reduce loss from a delinquent account
