Critical skills required - Functional Expert level knowledge of Centrifugal/Regenerative/Borewell/Openwell/Jet/SWJ/ submersible pump design 
Basic structural/Mechanical design
Casting/sheet metal/plastic parts design
Sound knowledge GD &T 
Sound knowledge 3D Modelling-2D Drawings 
Basic hydraulic design 
 Critical experience
5-8 Years in Pumps Design
