**Job Purpose**:- Main contact for quality-related issues between a company and its customers.They are responsible for ensuring products and services meet customer requirements and standards, handling complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives**Key Job Responsibilities**:- Act as the primary interface with the customer's quality team.
- Address customer concerns and complaints.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Attend customer audits and participate in customer meetings- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts- Monitoring of PR's, 8D's, and Status by Claims to meet internal and customer requirements- Ensure customer protection and updating of the daily report in the event of quality failures- Follow-up of material returned by Claims or RMA from Internal Customers.Ensure delivery of material to manufacturing.
