Support day-to-day CRM campaign execution across Email, SMS, and Push, including build, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation 
Build one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) 
Assist in journey builds, automations, segmentation, and personalization setup 
Execute database list selection and dynamic content configurations 
Follow established QA processes to ensure accuracy, deliverability, and on-time execution 
Monitor campaigns post-deployment and flag issues or discrepancies 
Support behavioral and lifecycle-triggered programs for retention and re-engagement 
Assist with A/B tests and segmentation tests to support performance optimization
