**Leadership**

+ Lead and direct all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety.
+ Lead, motivate and develop the plant team
+ Identify, train and develop key talents
+ Nurture division culture, foster necessary changes and act as role model
+ Develops budgets and approves expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that materials, labor and equipment are used efficiently to meet production targets.
