Associate Manager, R&D

Who we want:
We want someone to drive sales growth through the development of new products from concept through product launch and commercialization. They will have responsibility for execution of R&D strategy and development of related new products and technologies used in the ENT space.

We want someone who can develop a culture of innovation and provide leadership, technical direction and oversight to product development teams. Someone who will develop the organizations technical competencies, resource capacity, market and clinical knowledge required to manage the successful development of new products and technologies for global markets.
