**Associate Manager Real Estate (m/w/d)**

**Responsibilities**

+ Establishing and maintaining contacts with suppliers, brokers and other service providers
+ Responsibility for managing and coordinating nationwide service providers such as REWE, WISAG and others
+ Independent purchasing of services in the area of real estate and workplace
+ Negotiating and concluding framework agreements in close coordination with the strategic purchasing department of our Competence Centre in Poland
