Job Description

The Role


This position will lead the soft services and tenant engagement activities for the assigned Commercial property, ensuring proper upkeep of operations, landscape, pest control, and building sustainability. You will also manage and oversee the performance of service providers, supervising arrears management processes and managing budgets versus expenses.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for tenants and clients, ensuring responsive communication and alignment with service expectations.

  • Lead daily operations of soft services, ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.

  • Strategically plan and manage property services, common area upkeep, and support functions.

  • Conduct regular inspections to assess service adequacy, safety protocols, and maintenance needs.
