Associate Manager, Sourcing Lead

**What is the role?**



As Associate Manager, Sourcing Lead, you will play a key role in executing and supporting strategic sourcing activities for our Business & Customer Services categories across our affiliates. You will be empowered to challenge the status quo, bring fresh perspectives, and drive impactful change in a dynamic, multicultural environment.



**What you’ll do**



+ Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing processes, including tendering, supplier selection, contracting, and supplier relationship management.

+ Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting) and external partners.

+ Identify and implement opportunities to leverage global suppliers for local business needs and escalate local supplier opportunities for regional or global expansion.
