Associate manager - technical process lab

Designation: Associate Manager
Department: Technical Process Lab
Reporting To: Manager – Technical
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Testing of compounds, fabrics & raw materials as per standards
✨ Sample collection, preparation & batch identification
✨ Release of approved materials through MES/SAP
✨ Maintaining test records & lab documentation
✨ Ensuring equipment upkeep, safety & housekeeping
✨ Handling non-conforming materials and coordination
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ B. Sc. / Diploma in Engineering / B. Tech (Polymer or relevant field)
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Process Lab
✔ Knowledge of testing methods & equipment operations
✔ NABL / ISO 17025 exposure will be an advantage
✅ Candidate Criteria:
Candidates willing to relocate to Bharuch, Gujarat
Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days’ notice period will be preferred.
Experience in manufacturing setup is highly desirable
