Associate Manager Warehouse

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of raw materials through efficient conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO), proactive logistics follow-up, market intelligence analysis, financial coordination, and effective handling of insurance claims.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor raw material market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance, and collect and analyze market data to support cost optimization and strategic sourcing.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports to management.
• Convert approved Purchase Requisitions (PR) into Purchase Orders (PO)
• Source raw materials from approved vendors ensuring quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers, and coordinate with suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time material delivery.
