What you will do

In this role, you will act as the key marketing lead for the Orthopaedics portfolio in Mexico, serving as the bridge between regional strategy and local execution, with a strong focus on Joint Replacement and MAKO.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the execution of regional marketing strategies in Mexico, ensuring alignment with business priorities for Joint Replacement and MAKO.
• Act as the primary marketing interface between regional teams, local leadership, and commercial teams to drive market development.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to support mid‑ and long‑term strategic planning.
