Who You Are
The Associate Mechatronic Field Engineer will be responsible for providing FANUC America Corporation customers with onsite repair, troubleshooting and / or maintenance services for CNC’s and related peripheral equipment.
Reporting to our Houston, TX office, the Associate Engineer will provide support to customers in the Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisianna, Arkansas, Colorado and New Mexico with on-site repair, troubleshooting and /or maintenance services for CNC’s and related system peripheral equipment.
How It’s Done
+ Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for CNCs, servo, spindle drive and motor products
+ Investigate customer complaints and perform analysis to determine the cause(s)
+ Operate with consistent support of Supervisor/Manager
+ Actively participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction
