Associate Medical Director

The Associate Medical Director role includes both direct patient care and administrative responsibilities.This position will be based at our CenterWell Gastonia office and the Associate Medical Director will report to the Chief Medical Officer for CenterWell's North Carolina market.

As Associate Medical Director, you will spend 20-30% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, with the remaining time dedicated to administrative duties related to oversight of clinical provision of care in their area.

+ Requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across multiple clinics/centers.
+ Supervise/manage assigned clinicians designated to market.
+ Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within clinics/centers.
