Role: Associate, Metals and Mining – Client Support

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan

Work Shift: Night shift. Flexible to work other shifts as needed.

Team: The Metals and Mining Client Operations team provides exceptional client support by showcasing our knowledge of S&P Global Market Intelligence tools, data, and the industry we cover. You will be part of a global team with presence in the US, Pakistan, and Philippines. Team members learn in-depth industry knowledge, produce webcast presentations, perform product testing, create custom Excel models, participate in client outreach campaigns, and develop Excel and SQL skills. You will also work with different teams across Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, Product Management, Financial Modeling, Content & Industry Research, and more.
