Minimum Qualifications
? Qualified LLB or LLM from premier law school in India / abroad (qualified to work in India).
? 2- 4 years of demonstrated success across M&A, PE / VC transactions with a Tier 1 law firm.
Key Skills
? Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters
? Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
