Associate Nurse Manager - Medicine Surgery

Location: Acute Care Hospital Tower Shift: Full-Time Nights (two 12-hour shifts in staffing and two 8-hour shifts in office) Primary Purpose Responsible for assisting in the daily management of unit activities including staff supervision and development, planning, budget, quality and facility operations and coordinating patient services to ensure high quality patient care and optimal outcomes. Minimum Specifications Education Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred. Experience Must have three (3) years of professional nursing experience.
