About the Role
You will be an experienced senior dialysis nurse (at least 3 years experience in dialysis) working under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager St John's and the Renal Team at SVHM and be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care and support for correctional patients undergoing Haemodialysis in the satellite service at Port Phillip Prison.
Managing the physical and emotional well-being of the patients
Administration of medication in accordance with hospital procedures, protocols and policies
Document, observe and report relevant nursing findings within the framework of nursing progress
Liaise with patient, medical and ancillary staff as required
