Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Medical

An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen to step into the role of an Associate Nurse Unit Manager at a private hospital in Melbourne. This can be either a full-time or part-time position.
ROLE OVERVIEW As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Providing clinical leadership to the Medical Ward to complement the strategic direction, operational processes and quality management of all patients;

Providing clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence-based;

Being accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial and material resources;

Playing a key role within a supportive team to ensure our patients have a great experience during their care.
