Reporting within the Application Operations pillar, this role serves as a primary analyst for resolving functional incidents and fulfilling service requests. The Associate Operations Analyst ensures the high availability of core financial modules, including Product Costing, Treasury, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), while maintaining a high level of customer service. By adhering to Brown-Forman Information Technology service management standards, this role ensures that production systems remain healthy, users are well-supported, and continuous improvements are deployed with minimal risk.
