Job Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Operations – The Orchard to manage digital content operations, including database management, content distribution, and performance monitoring across The Orchard and partner platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage content databases and metadata accurately
• Upload, schedule, and manage digital content on The Orchard
• Monitor content performance and generate periodic reports
• Coordinate with internal teams and The Orchard for troubleshooting and releases
• Ensure compliance with content and access guidelines
