As a key player of the finance operations role in Smith & Nephew Global Business Services (GBS) you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes as well as for following the designed control metrics from a GBS center as described in the S&N Finance Order to Cash taxonomy in line with the Group Finance Manual requirements.
What you will be doing?
Contact customers to collect outstanding debt and negotiate payment plans.
Coordinate customer queries with relevant departments for dispute resolution and follow assigned collections strategy.
Manage customer administration needs to facilitate invoice payment and implement process improvements.
