Job Description
Handle Paint shop, required basic knowledge of surface preparation method especially Grit blasting and Painting application methods.
Responsible for continuous Quality improvement through ingenious ideas. Meeting the Global Quality requirement with Fisher Painting Standards.
Based on Assembly Plan Painting Activities to be in line with Assembly Targets. Paint material stock to be ensure based on Production Plan.
Daily Monitor all Paint material & Phosphating Chemicals stock, place the order and get the same to maintain the safety stock and Organise the Payment to the Supplier.
Inspection and conduct the below tests with periodical manner, maintain the record to meet the Global Quality & Customer Inspection requirement.
Daily Basis - Environmental Condition, Blotter test, MEK Test, WFT&DFT.
